These are blown beads, made from a glass tube. The tube is heated at a torch, and then formed while blowing in a mold. Even though I do not recognize the exact shapes, I believe they are either Czech (Jablonec) or German (Lauscha). In both places, very similar blown beads were made.
Included is a picture of similar beads on a sample card. These beads were made in the Czech republic around 1900.
