I think the likelihood is that these are German beads from Idar-Oberstein—that were made to be insinuated into Asian bead commerce. The general parameters apply. After 1881, but probably before ca. 1940.
But I want to add, I am not confident. I would want to see these beads IRL to settle my thoughts. J.
