it always helps if you can indicate dimensions either in the image (with a ruler or coin) or in your description-
i guess they are less than an inch long?
i have some of similar shapes that are Czech, on 1940s short necklaces. your mixed colours are attractive!
if they were indian they would have remnants of chalky white stuff coating the inner surface of the hole...
