This type of beads were wound made in Bohemia and Venice and Prosser type pressed at Briare . We have in our Museum an undated sample card from the Conterie showing these beads. There are also on card Fig-157 of the Giorgio Teruzzi new publication that just came out. Here is a picture from our Museum mixed with eye beads for Thessaloniki and a picture of the ones from Bapterosses in the Briare Museum. JP Copyright 2024
