I have no idea where I got these. I thought they might be djenne (dug) beads, except they're bigger, and strung on fishing line. The beads are all different shapes, sizes (from 5mm to 10mm) and shades of white. Well-worn (or etched) surfaces, mostly large holes.
I'd like to find more, but have no idea what they are. Are they trade beads? I also can't remember what I paid for them--are they expensive? If anyone can point me to sources, I'd be grateful.
