-roughly contemporaneous to Western Zhou- A number of elaborate necklaces composed of carnelian beads and agate pendants can be seen in Chad Harrington's Early Chinese Stone and Circular Art pp 183-190. Many spectacular faceted beads can be found in two of the necklaces.
