Original Message: Violet Hexagonite |

Also at Electric Park, where a sign said "purple jade" I went looking and found a guy who had strands of hexagonite beads. Hexagonite is a variety of tremolite (closely related to jadeite, but not the "purple jade" advertised. that was on the other end of the booth), that can be violet, pinkish, or yellow. Since I am a fool for any violet or purple beads, I had to have these—and they were not pricey. JDA. All rights reserved by Bead Collector Network and its users |
