Hi there -- very pretty beads. Looks like the silver is granulated silver typical of what is made in Bali, Indonesia. It's a little bit difficult to identify the bone beads with any specificity, but very similar beads are being made today in India and Nepal (and perhaps other places as well). My best guess is that your beads are newly made in one of those places and were incorporated into what looks like a very pretty bracelet.
