Hi all, I have some questions about Pure Dzi , Dzi and Chung zi beads. 1. How could we determine which one is which ? ( in term of International collectors and dealers ) 2. I have heard that Chung zi beads are translucent but Pure Dzi beads are not. Is it true or a simple rule for every one of them? A dealer showed me some tiger tooth dzi beads ( I hope it call it right ) and Chung dzi beads with a torch. Some of Chung zi that are NOT translucent he also call them dzi. So this is confused me becuase my Pure dzi bead and Chung zi beads are NOT translucent. So should I call my Chung zi beads as Dzi beads , not Pure Dzi beads.
