Yesterday, 8/26 we again escaped the miserable heat inland ( to me, above 80 degrees is miserable heat) to the beautiful coast for an annual visit to my coastal home town. One of the 10 perfect days out there per year, mid 70s sunshine, surfers, salt air and slow driving, frightened tourists (land slides, constuction, hairpin curves on coast hwy one can be a challenge).....no beads found, but this is not bead territory...although I did find my first Venetians ever there on the coast in the early 70s....
