I'd like to meet the insurance agent willing to "replace with equivalent wholesale value" a $15 strand of beads for $450... and an insurance premium buyer would be terribly foolish to spend a higher rate on a policy based upon a $450 replacement value when, if push comes to shove and lets say a stolen or damaged item has to be replaced, they'll only get something with a price of $15.
