Original Message:   Welcome back .......... TAIRONA NECKLACE
Very glad to see BCN back up and running. A super thanks to David for being so hard core when it comes to the traumas of computers and all that is related to keeping everything running properly.

Suzi and I are still hunting down treasures for our new fun life of selling things too nice to throw away. We picked up this little gem about a month ago.

Tairona necklace that is thirty inches long and absolutely outrageous. The long beads are smokey quartz and the other beads carnelian. I do not think I could drill the long quartz beads with my modern tools ............ They are 4 inches 110 mm long. I especially like the one on the bottom in the full strand image, its form and precision are amazing.

The first time I ever saw one of this type bead was in Collectable Beads by Robert Liu way back in 1996. When I saw it in the book I thought it was one of the coolest beads I ever saw whether old or new. Well now it is nearly twenty years down the road and we own not one but two.

I have set up a group on face book as a preview for our Tucson show. The name of the group The Lopacki Collection. Join the group and watch as I add goodies through the year and have a good idea of some of the things we will have at the show.

All my best ....... Danny
