Hi Barbara The floral beads are Japanese I don't think the assembled link are original, looks like someone just put them together.
This type of floral bead, also commonly call Japanese millefiori comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Here are some red round ones with original tags.
The beads are latter half of the 1900's
