Over the years I have worked with Gabrielle Liese in Arizona, I have always found her to be extraordinarily generous and encouraging of my goals and efforts. I have spent countless hours documenting her bead collections, and have thousands of images. I'd like to show two very nice seal specimens. This one is produced from variegated jasper or jaspagate, and depicts a lion attacking a deer. The details are pretty good. I might be inclined to suspect this were an authentic ancient seal, had I not already been exposed to so many fakes. But I suspect it may be a fake. But if so, it's a darn good fake. JDA.
