The millefiori I got from Leo are indeed identical to the all yellow one. I saw there were more in his stash. Fairly certain the chevron-ish bead you show is indeed Indian made. I also got one of the pink with blue spots. I thought it was a bead that was ground down from a larger bead, but with the spots still intact, your explanation makes more sense.
