the threading with macrame or buttonhole stitch at the back looks Indonesian to me. the beads resemble a classic old Venetian pattern, but they were so desired in Indonesia, etc. that they could easily be locally made lookalikes - or better described as "tributes". they have slightly cruder trail decoration than we are used to from Venice.
