about these turkmen people i have to say they live in north Iran and near
Caspian sea also border with Turkmenistan,so their custom and culture is same.surely in Turkmenistan there would be more this kind of jewelries.but i found many tourists uncomfortable visiting that country maybe because of old system of Russian soviet.i can not judge so you should search about it.but of Iranian part you can take a tour to visit Iran and include that turkmen part in your trip to hunt some nice jewellery.i try to put some Persian link that you might see nice pics and also using translator maybe useful .last thing is turkmen people are also famous for making nice carpets and growing nice and good generation of their horses
