Original Message:   I've never met her daughter...or knew of her.
She's beautiful, & look how glorious they look together. What an appearance they'd make walking down any street. As I mentioned once on another forum, I haven't seen her for years, but many moons ago, I used to visit & hang out at Craft Caravan in Soho. She sometimes worked there or visited, & anytime she was there she'd be completely adorned with her wonderful beads & jewelry. I'd love hearing her stories of every piece....many in her wonderful mane of hair, covered fingers,,,bracelets galore and oh-so-many fab necklaces. I was so incredibly envious of her look, her style & her collection. I know there is a large part of my style that came from her as I just loved it. So, it's so nice to see her daughter appreciating the same things! Always so many wonderful people at Craft Caravan & I will always miss it being in this city. Still no other stores like that, but I doubt many people had the collection that Ignacio & Caroline had back then! I will forever credit them with so much of my love, passion, education & exposure to this world of beads & ethnic jewelry, & hope to see them again some day soon. Thanks for opening up my memories Fred! Lynne
