The bead that is the darkest in color, black, with thin white lines is a glass bead. With white glass on a black base they made the pattern to resemble a dzi bead, but it is not. It is probably not very old, at most 20 years, and could also have been made very recently. I will leave those who know more about dzi bead to help you out further.
