I am a newbie so go easy on me. What bead festivals (in the United States), and bead related Indian POW WOW's do you recommend?
I like turquoise and related ethnic beads. I went to Quartzsite, AZ last year, and it was a great disappointment due to lack of turquoise and incredible commerciality.
I live in the South. Is there anything interesting in that area also?
Where do you guys go for interesting, reasonable, noncommercial stuff.
